Long belt sanding machine M2S97-150
In the basic configuration, we offer the M2S97-150 with a flat machine table and double cutout.
A heavy-duty machine version is available with a sanding length of up to 5000 mm. The machine is equipped with electric table height adjustment via two synchronously driven gear motors. The lower connecting profiles can be removed after the installation of the machine, creating a maximum free passing height between the sanding belt and the shop floor.
Additionally, we offer the machine with a 3-axis table and integrated 3D handling system for rotating and tilting heavy workpieces. With the M2S97-150, processing is possible from prototypes to series of larger workpieces.
- Standard equipped with electric table height adjustment via two synchronously driven gear motors.
- Chains for table height adjustment are built into the machine frame.
- Quick-change system for switching between contact roller and sanding shoe.
- Right machine frame with cutout, switch, and pressure regulator for pneumatic belt tension. Operable from the front.
- The contact roller automatically switches between the two sanding belts, depending on the selected sanding program.
- The control panel for setting parameters and operating the machine is designed as a touchscreen and mounted on a swivel arm.
