Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. The processing time for your package is usually 1 to 2 business days. The delivery time is then between 3 and 6 business days.

The shipping costs are as follows:

  • Within the Netherlands: €14

  • Within the EU: €17.50

    For packages weighing over 20 kg, we charge an additional fee of €2.50.

Return Policy

You have the option to return a product within eight days of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered by us, and if it can be returned in the same (undamaged) packaging.

The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Products that are specially ordered on request and not available from stock cannot be returned.
