BAND-IT File machine basics set
The newly developed BAND-IT File Machine Basic Set: an exceptionally compact, powerful, high-quality flat file machine with a new damping system. A dust-protected, enclosed gas-pressure damping system ensures quick belt tensioning and, above all, easy belt replacement.
- The slim, compact design is ideal for working even in tight spaces — edges, grooves, corners, etc. Especially useful for work on railings, fittings, tools, and metal construction in general.
Suitable for grinding and polishing belts 5–9 mm wide. Belt replacement takes just a few seconds. Quick-change brass contact wheel with high-quality needle bearings and rubber running surfaces. Grinding and polishing belts are automatically guided and aligned. A knurled screw allows the pre-tension to be firmly locked for higher contact pressure and extremely precise work.
Balanced, powerful machine: 900 W, variable speed 1,900–7,900 rpm. Dust-sealed gas-pressure damping system provides elasticity. Suitable for mobile or stationary use, e.g., with a ball-joint table mount.
