The Poly PTX Compact is designed for longitudinal grinding, matting, satin finishing, polishing, deburring, derusting, descaling, paint removal, round tube processing, and much more, thanks to a cleverly designed planetary gearbox that provides incredibly high power reserves. For the first time, Eisenblätter offers a lightweight, compact universal grinding machine that is a must-have in any workshop: the Poly PTX Compact.
In addition to the well-known longitudinal grinding machines from the POLY-PTX series for working widths of 100 to 110 mm, Eisenblätter now offers a compact version of its legendary longitudinal grinders specially designed for roll widths up to 50 mm! Thanks to ideal speeds of 800 – 3,000 rpm, almost all surface treatments can be performed even in a “small format” for permanent professional use.
The key to this versatility and the ability to use almost any grinding tool is, of course, the high torque, which is guaranteed even at lower speeds by the special gearbox. All grinding and polishing tools feature M14 threads, allowing for very fast, tool-free roll changes. Using a belt-driven roller, round tubes can be easily processed, even on fully enclosed tube constructions.
