Since the introduction of ceramic flap discs, performance demands on angle grinders have increased significantly. Many machines cannot handle the additional friction and pressure: they overheat, shut down, or burn out. Eisenblätter offers a solution with optimized ceramic discs and the new VARILEX® 1802 HT — a powerful angle grinder that meets all the requirements of modern ceramic discs.
- Extremely powerful, durable 1,750-watt motor with optimized, wear-resistant power transmission and mechanics. Featuring new ventilation technology and overload protection for previously unattainable torque (high torque) — 100% made in Germany.
The newly developed, highly ergonomic handle reduces user strain — with a total weight of just 2.6 kg and rubber inserts for improved grip.
Specially optimized for ceramic grinding discs in the speed range of 2,400–8,900 rpm, variably and constantly adjustable via a tachogenerator. Ideal angle grinder for all surface finishing, grinding, cutting, coarse grinding, cleaning, and polishing applications, for disc diameters of 115–150 mm.
Spindle lock with robust slip clutch to prevent unintended pressure during operation. The new DUST PREVENT SYSTEM protective guard (patent pending) effectively prevents the direct intake of dust and metal particles without restricting airflow.
Balanced, vibration-damping transmission handle. Optional vibration-damping 3D ball handle ensures balanced handling, even for overhead work.
